Our journey began with a simple but powerful realisation – care should always come from the heart.

Through our experience in the industry, we witnessed what can happen when support loses its personal touch.

Too often, participants were treated as numbers rather than individuals, and the true purpose of care was overshadowed by processes and profit.

Like many passionate professionals, we dedicated our time, energy, and commitment to ensuring participants received the support they deserved.

However, it became clear that the system itself was not always aligned with the values of compassion, respect, and genuine care.

This experience led us to reflect and ask an important question:

From that question, Advanced Quality Supports was born.
